About Keep Women

A plain-language reference on pelvic health, comfortable sex and intimate care, organized the way questions actually come up.

What Keep Women is

Keep Women answers the questions many women hesitate to ask: why sex hurts, why there is bleeding afterwards, why leaking starts after a baby or at menopause, and what is normal down there in the first place. Pages are grouped by life stage, by symptom and by body knowledge, with three small tools for practical tasks.

How pages are made

Every page is written by Keep Women editors from published guidance by health services, medical societies and peer-reviewed research. References are listed at the bottom of each page. Each page opens with a short answer and has a fixed list of signs that mean it is time to see a clinician.

Videos

Videos come from hospitals, health services, charities and independent clinicians. They load only when played.

Independence

Keep Women carries no advertising and sells nothing. Where a page mentions a product category, such as lubricants or dilators, it explains what to look for rather than recommending a brand.
